We had an amazing time at this place. The location is perfect, right in the heart of a gorgeous restaurant in the area. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The staff is always polite and helpful. The shuttle service provided is convenient if you want to explore the North-eastern region. The room amenities are fantastic, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries were a nice touch. The dining experience was outstanding, with a restaurant offering special diet menus. The spa and wellness centre is a true oasis, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. We also loved the jacuzzi and massage services. The garden area with sun loungers was the perfect place to relax. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the off-site car park was convenient. The 24-hour reception was a plus as well.
We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

We stayed only one night in this hotel but it was fantastic. The marocco spa facility is free of charge and really beautiful (very different with what we have seen in other hotels). Our room was big, really clean and confortable. Massages are available on request (extra cost), but seem to be at a reasonable price (from what I have seen in the card). Do not miss to take a diner in the restaurant...I Was a really good surprise for us...The food was really exceptional (gastronomic) and for only 25 euros/2 persons including a bottle of wine. You should really try, you will not be dissapointed and the staff is really professional. Breakfast was great as well. Everything was perfect.
No complaint, except that you should arrive early in the afternoon to enjoy the spa because it is closing at 6:00 pm.

Recently, my partner and I had an excellent holiday stay with many impressive features. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, and we were delighted to find some amazing nearby restaurants. the spa offered one of the most pleasurable and refreshing experiences. We enjoyed the steam sauna and the pool, which were well-maintained and clean. the staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.
Despite these great things, there were some drawbacks worth mentioning. Most importantly, the food quality could be improved, as the cost is high but the taste is mediocre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The spa had several places to rest and take a bath, and even when it was raining, we could relax inside. There were always enough sunchairs available, and the outside pool with a bar was a great place to spend hours in the water. The food was different every day, and we were impressed with the excellent restaurant. The staff was delightful and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. We even received a late check-out free of charge. The location of the hotel in the village center was convenient, allowing us easy access to everything this city has to offer.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel had a unique and relaxing design that made it stand out from other hotels in the area. The complementary breakfast and supper were diverse and plentiful, and the spa offered a variety of enjoyable services. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently just a short drive away from a lovely town.
Some aspects of the hotel didn't live up to expectations. There was no access to a gym or fitness area, despite what was advertised.
